We are offering an investment opportunity on the south coast of Sri Lanka, near the city of Tangale. It consist of a reconstruction of a factory building and a new ice making technology supply. 
Ice is a very important commodity in this area.
It is used mainly by fishing boats which sail into the sea for many weeks and need to keep the captured fish fresh. There is a big harbour for hundreds of fishing boats and the number is still increasing. At the moment our group owns 10 fishing boats in the area and we will be buying another 5 to 10. Further on ice is used in construction, where it is added to concrete to cool it down while maturing and in other services.
There is just one low production ice factory in the area, which is not offer sufficient capacity. 
The fishermen have to buy ice from a factory which is 50 km far in order to go fishing.
